Über uns

Poool ist eine Software für Projektsteuerung, Zeiterfassung und Abrechnung. Wir arbeiten mit Ingenieur-, Planungs- und Architekturbüros, Beratungsunternehmen sowie Agenturen - Unternehmen, die projektbezogen arbeiten und abrechnen.

Die meisten kommen von Excel-Listen, älteren Software- und gewachsenen Insellösungen zu uns. Die Umstellung ist deshalb kein reines Software-Thema, sondern eine Veränderung in der täglichen Arbeit. Genau dabei begleiten wir sie.

Deine Aufgabe

Du steigst in unser Consulting-Team ein und wächst in die Kundenarbeit hinein - Anfangs bei einzelnen Aufgaben, mit wachsender Verantwortung bei ganzen Projekten.

Du bekommst eine feste Ansprechperson, die dich einarbeitet. Nicht "das Team", sondern ein Mensch, der Zeit für dich eingeplant hat.

Wie sich die Rolle entwickelt

Erste Monate - Du lernst das Produkt und unsere Kunden kennen. Du übernimmst Kundenanfragen im Support: Fragen beantworten, Probleme einordnen, weiterleiten was du noch nicht selbst lösen kannst. Das ist der schnellste Weg, das Produkt und die typischen Stolpersteine kennenzulernen.

Nach der Einarbeitung - Du übernimmst Teilaufgaben in Einführungsprojekten: Datenimporte vorbereiten, Konfigurationen aufsetzen, Schulungsunterlagen pflegen, bei Schulungen assistieren.

Mittelfristig - Du entscheidest gemeinsam mit uns, in welche Richtung du dich entwickelst: in die fachliche Tiefe als Consultant oder in die Projektsteuerung. Beide Wege stehen offen.

Was du mitbringst

Notwendig:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium - kaufmännisch, technisch, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder etwas Vergleichbares.

* Sorgfältiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten - bei uns geht es oft um die Daten und Zahlen anderer Leute.

* Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, auch am Telefon.

* Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau.

Hilfreich, aber keine Bedingung:

* Erste Erfahrung im Support, in der Beratung oder im Kundenkontakt.

* Berührung mit Projektmanagement, Controlling oder Zeiterfassung.

* Erfahrung aus einem Planungs- oder Ingenieurbüro - auch aus einem Praktikum.

Ausdrücklich nicht erwartet: Berufserfahrung im Consulting. Das ist eine Einstiegsrolle und sie ist auch so gedacht.
