Du arbeitest in einem modernen Umfeld, das viel Wert auf Teamarbeit, Weiterbildung und Sicherheit legt. Die Position ist als Vollzeitstelle im Schichtdienst (Früh- und Nachmittagsdienst im wöchentlichen Wechsel) ausgelegt.

Aufgaben

* Erstellung hochspannungs- und hochstromfähiger Prüfaufbauten für Transformatoren

* Durchführung von Prüfungen an Transformatoren für Windkraftanlagen und Industrieanwendungen

* Wartung und Instandhaltung von Prüffeldeinrichtungen wie Schaltanlagen, Prüfgeneratoren und Hochspannungssteckern

* Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen im Arbeitsablauf

* Einbringen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen im Prüfprozess

* Beschaffung von Materialien und Werkzeugen für den Prüfprozess

* Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen im Schichtbetrieb

* Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachschule) als Elektriker:in (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker:in (m/w/d)

* Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh- und Nachmittagsdienst im Wechsel)

* Kran- und/oder Staplerschein sind von Vorteil; falls nicht vorhanden, Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung im Unternehmen

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Kundenorientierung

* Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B; eigener PKW von Vorteil
