Voor een vooruitstrevende organisatie binnen de bedrijfsgezondheidszorg zoeken wij een bevlogen professional die het verschil maakt binnen de driehoek van mens, werk en welzijn. In deze functie ondersteun je de bedrijfsarts bij de begeleiding van werknemers en werkgevers op het gebied van verzuim, re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het bevorderen van herstel, het voorkomen van uitval en het versterken van de verbinding tussen werkgever en werknemer. Wat ga je doen? Als Praktijkondersteuner Bedrijfsarts ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van werknemers tijdens hun verzuim- en herstelproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van medische en werkgerelateerde anamneses bij werknemers; - Inventariseren van werkgerelateerde factoren en adviseren van werkgevers; - Signaleren van risico's en knelpunten rondom herstel, arbeidsgeschiktheid en re-integratie; - Informeren over relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Adviseren over passende interventies om herstel en duurzame inzetbaarheid te bevorderen; - Onderhouden van contact met behandelaars en andere betrokken partijen; - Begeleiden van medewerkers richting eigen regie en verantwoordelijkheid; - Voeren van preventieve gesprekken gericht op het voorkomen van uitval en terugval; - Monitoren van dossiers en bewaken van voortgang binnen verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten; - Ondersteunen van de bedrijfsarts bij werkzaamheden zoals PAGO, PMO, RI&E en arbeidsomstandighedenspreekuren. - Eindhoven - 32 - 40 uur Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee?
