Wat ga je doen In deze gecombineerde functie verbind je de dagelijkse praktijk met opleiden. Je zet jouw expertise in voor cliënten én voor de ontwikkeling van toekomstige professionals. Als praktijkopleider speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van toekomstige gz-psychologen, psychotherapeuten en klinisch psychologen. Samen met de (waarnemend) P-opleiders zorg je voor een kwalitatief sterk opleidingstraject en begeleid je opleidelingen gedurende hun hele opleiding. Je houdt bezig met: - het opstellen van individuele opleidingsplannen en het creëren van de juiste voorwaarden voor de realisatie hiervan; - het houden van toezicht op de voortgang van de opleideling; - het beoordelen van de ontwikkeling van de opleideling; - het onderhouden van contact met de opleidingsinstelling en betrokken collega's. Naast je werkzaamheden als praktijkopleider blijf je ook actief in jouw functie als behandelaar. Je houdt je bezig met diagnostiek en behandeling, levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan multidisciplinaire samenwerking en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van de zorg.
