Praktijkopleider Den Bosch, Tilburg, Breda Medior (3-10 jaar ervaring) Management / Staf Medisch / Zorg Onderwijs / Onderzoek / Wetenschap 4000 - 4500 EUR Praktijkopleider De Regionale Ambulancevoorziening (RAV) Brabant Midden-West-Noord staat dagelijks klaar om hoogwaardige acute en planbare ambulancezorg te leveren aan 35 gemeenten. Met twee meldkamers, ruim 750 collega's en meer dan 170.000 ambulanceritten per jaar behoren we tot de grootste ambulancevoorzieningen van Nederland. Samen werken we aan één doel: de beste zorg, precies op het moment dat het nodig is. Binnen de afdeling Zorg, Innovatie en Opleidingen werkt het team Opleiding en Training elke dag aan de ontwikkeling van (toekomstige) ambulancezorgprofessionals. We bieden een veilige, praktijkgerichte en didactisch sterke leeromgeving waarin vakmanschap en groei centraal staan. Voor dit team zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe fulltime collega's voor de functie van Praktijkopleider Wat ga jij doen In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen leren en werken. Je neemt het voortouw in leren en ontwikkelen en zorgt dat opleidingen naadloos aansluiten op de praktijk. Samen zijn de praktijkopleiders verantwoordelijk voor begeleiding in het leerproces voor de gehele RAV, waarin de praktijkopleiders elkaar overnemen tijdens afwezigheid. Je ontwerpt en organiseert leertrajecten, brengt ontwikkelbehoeften in kaart en begeleidt deelnemers en teams in hun groei. Ook coach je werkbegeleiders op de diverse posten in de toegewezen regio, en verzorg je trainingen en verdiepende scholing. Daarnaast adviseer je teammanagers over opleidingsvraagstukken en denk je mee over het ontwikkelen en implementeren van beleid. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het leerklimaat en zorgt dat leren direct toepasbaar is in het dagelijkse werk.
