Aufgaben

* Du organisierst verschiedene Veranstaltungen wie Jubilarfeiern, Weihnachtsfeiern und Abteilungsevents. Reisebuchungen sowie die dazugehörige Abrechnung führst du gewissenhaft durch. Du hast einen Überblick über den Kalender der Personalleitung und koordinierst die Termine.

* Bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen für die Personalleitung kannst du dein fachliches Wissen vertiefen. Dabei achtest du auf Genauigkeit und ein ansprechendes Layout.

* Büromaterial bestellen und das HR Team in verschiedenen Themen unterstützen gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Ganz nach dem Motto: Hands-On!

* Deine Kreativität ist gefragt! Du befüllst unser Intranet und bereitest Aussendungen zu HR-Themen im Unternehmen vor.

* Du hast Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung und diversen HR Themen? Neben unserem daily business arbeiten wir an der Weiterentwicklung des HR Bereichs - du bist herzlich willkommen, dich aktiv einzubringen!

Profil

* Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Du überzeugst durch deine zuverlässige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise.

* Erfahrungen und Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. durch Praktika) sowie ein Grundverständnis im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) sind von Vorteil.

* Qualifikation / Begeisterung: Du hast Interesse, in verschiedene HR-Themen einzutauchen und diese auch voranzutreiben.

* Ausbildung: laufendes wirtschaftliches Studium (Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, o.ä.) und Immatrikulation über den gesamten Praktikumszeitraum

* Sprachen: Du kommunizierst sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

Uns ist es wichtig, ein faires Gehalt zu bieten, das deinen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen entspricht. Dieses beträgt 38.220 EUR brutto pro Jahr für 38,5h/Woche (Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe).
