Ihre Aufgaben

* Administrative Unterstützung im Recruiting Prozess

* Unterstützung im Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeiter_innen und Praktikant_innen (z.B. Durchführen von Abschlussgesprächen mit Praktikant_innen, Erstellen von Verträgen, Dienstzeugnissen, ...)

* Umfassende Betreuung von Praktikant_innen während ihres gesamten Beschäftigungszyklus

* Mitwirkung bei Personalmarketing- und Social Media-Aktivitäten

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Organisation von Personalentwicklungsinstrumenten

* Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter_innen zu diversen Personalentwicklungsthemen

Ihr Profil

* Laufendes Studium (vorzugsweise mit HR-Schwerpunkt) ist unbedingt erforderlich

* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, PPT)

* Freude an der Teamarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kund_innen

* Organisationsfähigkeit und selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Interesse am Erlernen verschiedener HR- und Software-Tools

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
