The posting

Pre Sales Engineer AJAX Als Pre-Sales Engineer AJAX bij Aras Security ben je verantwoordelijk voor het informeren van interne en externe klanten over de mogelijkheden van AJAX. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten volledige en correcte antwoorden krijgen op al hun projectvragen over AJAX. Je verzorgt demonstraties voor klanten en collega’s, die zowel op locatie als online kunnen plaatsvinden. Daarnaast vul je het Product Information Managementsysteem (PIM) aan met productspecificaties, omschrijvingen en afbeeldingen. Ook ondersteun je het Sales team met het beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen, onderhoud je contact met AJAX en leid je collega's op. Tot slot onderhoud je je eigen kennis door nieuwe functionaliteiten uit te proberen, zodat je vragen van klanten en collega's inhoudelijk goed kunt beantwoorden.

Je maakt deel uit van het Product Management team, dat bestaat uit drie Product Managers die het actuele assortiment bepalen en beheren. Je wordt direct aangestuurd door de Technisch Directeur. Het is een hecht team met veel ervaring en korte lijnen, waardoor samenwerking soepel verloopt en kennis snel wordt gedeeld. Naast je eigen team heb je veel contact met Acccountmanagers, die de contacten met de klanten onderhouden. Samen met hen ga je op bezoek bij de klant. Daarnaast heb je ook nog regelmatig contact met de Verkoop Binnendienst en Inside Sales.

Wat is vereist?

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting

- Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met ervaring in de beveiligingsbranche. Ongeveer 2 jaar ervaring helpt om snel je weg te vinden in de rol.

- Je kunt goed presenteren en bent communicatief sterk

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift

- Je bent zelfstandig en draait graag jouw eigen 'winkel'

- Je verdiept je graag in details

- €3.800 - €4.500 bruto p/m (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
