The posting

  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op onze werven en ondersteunt projectteams met praktisch en doelgericht veiligheidsadvies, incidentenonderzoeken en risicobeheersing.
  • Onze werven bevinden zich hoofdzakelijk in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Afhankelijk van je woonplaats werk je vanuit onze vestiging in Hasselt, Antwerpen, Brussel of Gent. De regioverdeling stemmen we binnen het team zoveel mogelijk af op ieders woonplaats.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en implementatie van het veiligheidsbeleid en vertaalt het algemene preventiebeleid van Democo Group naar de praktijk.
  • Je analyseert interne processen en waakt over de naleving van de welzijnswetgeving, veiligheidsprocedures en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je voert interne audits uit op werven en begeleidt externe audits.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van onze VCA-, ISO- en LEAN-werking.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's binnen QHSSE, ondersteunt het management met jouw expertise. Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de QHSSE-manager van de groep met een functionele lijn naar de algemene directeurs van de verschillende entiteiten binnen Democo Group (bouw, technieken, afwerking).
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Je bent preventieadviseur niveau 1. Heb je een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2, dan bieden we jou de kans om op korte termijn het diploma PA niveau 1 te behalen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je voelt je thuis op de werf én verdiept je graag in wetgeving, normen en compliance.
  • Je combineert een coachende aanpak met de nodige daadkracht en overtuigingskracht.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, communiceert vlot met collega's op alle niveaus en weet veiligheid op een positieve manier onder de aandacht te brengen.
  • Je hebt kennis van VCA**, ISO 9001 en ISO 14001.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar onze werven en vestigingen.
  • Sterke beheersing van het Nederlands en goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
