  • Je adviseert rond alle domeinen van welzijn op het werk, waaronder arbeidsveiligheid, gezondheid, ergonomie, milieu en psychosociale aspecten.
  • Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers met praktisch en oplossingsgericht veiligheidsadvies.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk en onderhoudt contacten met externe partners.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt werfinspecties, toolboxmeetings en ondersteunt bij het opstellen en opvolgen van VGM-actieplannen.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit, identificeert gevaren en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbetermaatregelen.
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en incidenten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je adviseert bij de aankoop van machines, gereedschappen, PBM's en gevaarlijke producten en stelt de nodige veiligheidsinstructies op.
  • Je volgt wettelijke keuringen van machines en elektrisch materieel op en verzorgt de indienststellingsverslagen.
  • Je vervult de rol van secretaris van het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW).
  • Je begeleidt en coacht collega's zodat veiligheid geïntegreerd wordt in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je inventariseert opleidingsnoden en coördineert opleidingen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en vakkennis.
  • Je verzorgt het veiligheidsonthaal voor nieuwe medewerkers en neemt de leiding over de interne werkgroep veiligheid.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als Preventieadviseur.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of Niveau 2.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties op met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en weet risico's tijdig te detecteren en aan te pakken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die mensen weet te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Kennis van kwaliteits- en opvolgingssystemen is een mooie meerwaarde.
