Voor een internationale productieorganisatie in regio Heuvelland zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.

Je krijgt een brede, strategische verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere productielocaties en ondersteunt zowel management als lokale veiligheidsteams. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsbeleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook daadwerkelijk wordt gedragen en toegepast op de werkvloer.

Een senior functie met veel autonomie, internationale exposure en rechtstreekse impact op de veiligheidscultuur binnen de EMEA-regio.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert het veiligheids- en preventiebeleid over verschillende productielocaties en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties.
  • Je adviseert en coacht management en leidinggevenden rond risicobeheer, welzijn, preventie en relevante veiligheidswetgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt lokale preventieadviseurs en veiligheidsteams en zorgt voor kennisdeling en harmonisatie van veiligheidsstandaarden tussen de verschillende sites.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses en incidentonderzoeken uit en zet de resultaten om in structurele preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je begeleidt interne en externe audits, volgt veiligheids-KPI's op en initieert verbeterprojecten op basis van de resultaten.
  • Je bouwt actief verder aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur via opleidingen, toolboxen, sensibilisering en continue verbetering.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je bent Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of bent bezig met het behalen ervan en beschikt over ruime relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond binnen preventie en veiligheid in een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met risicoanalyses, audits, incidentonderzoek, veiligheidsmanagementsystemen en welzijnswetgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en coach die zowel management als medewerkers op de werkvloer kan meenemen in verandering.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale multisitecontext.
