In deze rol als preventieadviseur neem jij het voortouw bij het creëren van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving op diverse bouwlocaties.

  • Je analyseert proactief risico’s op de werven en vertaalt deze naar concrete preventiemaatregelen om incidenten te vermijden.
  • Het uitvoeren van regelmatige werfbezoeken is essentieel, waarbij je toeziet op de strikte naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en collega’s coacht in veilig gedrag.
  • Je stelt het globaal preventieplan en het jaaractieplan op, zodat het veiligheidsbeleid niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook in de praktijk leeft.
  • Bij ongevallen of gevaarlijke situaties voer je een grondige onderzoek uit om de oorzaak te achterhalen en structurele verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Jouw expertise als preventieadviseur gebruik je om het management en de werfleiders te adviseren over de nieuwste wetgeving en welzijn op het werk.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een preventieadviseur die de taal van de bouw spreekt en zaken gedaan krijgt op een motiverende manier.

  • Een diploma Preventieadviseur (Niveau 1 of 2) vormt de basis van jouw kennis, bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een kritische waarnemer die oplossingsgericht denkt in plaats van enkel regeltjes op te leggen.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht om veiligheid tussen de oren van de vakmensen te krijgen, zonder hierbij de praktische haalbaarheid uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk voor een vlotte communicatie en heldere verslaglegging.
