Hier werk je mét, vóór én ín Maastricht. Als preventiemedewerker maak je onderdeel uit van de centrale arbo-organisatie binnen Mens & Organisatie. Onze HR afdelingen bestaan uit circa 45 collega's die zich dagelijks inzetten voor een veilige, gezonde en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Samen werken we oplossingsgericht, betrokken en met plezier. Jouw impact op de stad Als preventiemedewerker ben jij de verbinder tussen medewerkers, afdelingen, leidinggevenden en Arbo. Je richt je op het voorkomen van risico's én op het bevorderen van een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, signaleert knelpunten en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies. Je draagt actief bij aan: - het opstellen en uitvoeren van RI&E's. - het voorkomen van onveilige situaties en gezondheidsrisico's. - duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit. - bewustwording en gedragsverandering. - preventie van verzuim. - het versterken van onze veiligheidscultuur. Daarnaast ben je een ambassadeur van vitaliteit: je inspireert, activeert en betrekt collega's bij initiatieven die bijdragen aan een gezonde, veilige en vitale organisatie. Onze arbo- en preventieaanpak is volop in ontwikkeling-jij speelt een zichtbare rol in het verder professionaliseren daarvan. Je denkt mee over beleid, processen en heldere werkafspraken, en helpt leidinggevenden om hun rol in preventie en inzetbaarheid goed te vervullen. Daarbij breng je jouw expertise in bij bijvoorbeeld Veiligheid & Leefbaarheid, Sport, C...
