Jij bent de klantgerichte en commerciële duizendpoot van ons kantoor in Poortugaal. Door het telefonisch benaderen van potentiële en retentie klanten, het verwerken van tariefaanvragen en jouw proactieve telefonische opvolging van onze (online) offertes wordt een verdere groei van ons klantenbestand verwezenlijkt! In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Wat vragen we van je? Naast de noodzakelijke vakinhoudelijke bagage beschik je over de talenten en vaardigheden die passen bij deze rol. Daarnaast heb je; - Een afgeronde opleiding op MBO-4-niveau, haven/logistieke richting; - Uitstekende communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, je bent administratief goed onderlegd; - Enthousiasme, collegialiteit, flexibele instelling en een 'hands on' mentaliteit; - Goede kennis van de Nederlandse, Engelse taal woord en geschrift; - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring bij een expediteur / logistiek dienstverlener.
