Aufgaben als Principal Engineer Automation

* Projektverantwortung: Steuerung komplexer, fachübergreifender Automatisierungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Inbetriebnahme - inklusive Definition und Nachverfolgung von Arbeitspaketen hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität * Konzeption & Angebotserstellung: Entwicklung technischer Konzepte für anspruchsvolle Projektanforderungen und deren Überführung in Angebote und Kalkulationen * Innovationskraft: Umsetzung innovativer Automatisierungslösungen im GMP-regulierten Umfeld sowie in der Halbleiterindustrie, inkl. Computer System Validation * Branchen-Know-how: Tiefes Prozessverständnis in Pharma (Up-/Downstream), Rein-/Reinstmedien und Utilities für die Halbleiterindustrie * Kundenberatung: Unterstützung in frühen Projektphasen wie Konzeptentwicklung und Vorplanung * Führung & Coaching: Fachliches Coaching von Senior und Lead Engineers sowie Förderung einer offenen, projektorientierten Teamkultur * Standardisierung: Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Templates und Best Practices im Bereich Automation * Technische Expertise: ** SPS- und Prozessleitsysteme (SIEMENS PCS7, TIA, Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA) ** Batch (ISA S88) - und kontinuierliche Softwarearchitekturen (IDM229482) ** Virtuelle Inbetriebnahme und Softwaretests (PLCSIM, WinMOD, SIMIT) ** Funktionale Sicherheit, Risikoanalyse, WHG (EN ISO 12100, 61508, 13849), ATEX, Elektrotechnik-Grundlagen ** GMP-konforme Softwareerstellung (GAMP) * Vertragsmanagement: Mitwirkung bei Vertragsgestaltung und Management von Nachunternehmern * Kommunikation & Verhandlung: Expertenrolle bei technischen Herausforderungen und in Verhandlungssituationen

Wir freuen uns auf eine Persönlichkeit mit

* einem abgeschlossenem technischen Studium (FH/Uni, Master/Diplom) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * über mehrjährige (15+) Berufserfahrung als Ingenieur, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Funktion * tiefgehender Expertise in Automatisierungssystemen, EMSR-Technik und funktionaler Sicherheit * ausgeprägten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und Expertenwissen - auch im internationalen Umfeld * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Coaching von Ingenieurteams * starker Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, auch im Umgang mit externen Kunden * unternehmerischem Denken, hoher Eigenmotivation und Innovationsfreude * fundierter Projektmanagement-Kompetenz * sehr guten Englischkenntnisse und internationaler Reisebereitschaft (30-40%)

Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position liegt jährlich bei € 63.000,- . Das tatsächliche Gehalt vereinbaren wir gerne im persönlichen Gespräch auf Basis Ihrer individuellen Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
