Tegelijkertijd willen we een betrouwbare partner zijn voor de stad. Onze informatievoorziening blijft constant in beweging door veranderingen en vernieuwingen in wetgeving, dienstverlening én de verwachtingen van onze inwoners. Daarbij is het als gemeente cruciaal dat we onze processen zorgvuldig inrichten in lijn met de AVG en deze goed laten aansluiten op onze dienstverlening. Als Adviseur Privacy adviseer, informeer en ondersteun je bij het implementeren en borgen van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG) binnen de gemeente. Je bent de vraagbaak en het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's. Zij kunnen bij jou terecht voor advies en ondersteuning bij het zo privacy vriendelijk mogelijk inrichten van hun (digitale) werkzaamheden. Concrete taken zijn bijvoorbeeld: - Je neemt acties om de bewustwording en kennis van de AVG te vergroten, waarbij je oog hebt voor verschillende doelgroepen; - Je adviseert over de rechtmatigheid van gegevensverwerkingen in nieuwe en bestaande processen en systemen; - Je adviseert bij en draagt zorg voor ondersteuning bij de uitvoering...
