Wat je gaat doen In deze rol sta je midden in de gemeentelijke dynamiek waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen op het snijvlak van privacy, wetgeving en praktijk. Stel je voor dat je 's ochtends een complexe vraag krijgt over de AVG vanuit het sociaal domein en 's middags direct bijdraagt aan een veilig systeem voor onze dienstverlening. Zo breng je theorie tot leven en groei je uit tot dé expert. - Adviseren van collega's over de juiste toepassing van de AVG en Wpg bij uiteenlopende gemeentelijke vraagstukken. - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's) voor nieuwe en bestaande informatiesystemen. - Analyseren van privacy-incidenten en datalekken en het coördineren van een zorgvuldige en snelle afhandeling. - Beheren en actualiseren van het privacybeleid, verwerkersovereenkomsten en bijbehorende juridische documenten. - Actief vergroten van het privacybewustzijn binnen alle lagen van de organisatie door zichtbaar en toegankelijk te zijn.
