Werken bij Ambiq Privacy moet niet alleen op papier kloppen. Het moet werken in de praktijk. Als Privacy Officer zorg jij dat zorgvuldig omgaan met persoonsgegevens vanzelfsprekend wordt binnen Ambiq. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk, adviseert collega's en management en houdt overzicht bij privacyvraagstukken. Zo help je Ambiq om veilig, zorgvuldig en met vertrouwen te werken. Wat ga je doen? Als Privacy Officer ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor privacy binnen Ambiq. Je zorgt dat privacybeleid niet alleen goed is vastgelegd, maar ook wordt toegepast in de praktijk. Je vertaalt de AVG en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke afspraken, praktische oplossingen en werkbare processen. Je werkt organisatiebreed en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen beleid, advies en uitvoering. Je adviseert bestuur, management, leidinggevenden en medewerkers en weet privacyvraagstukken helder en begrijpelijk te maken. Tegelijk houd je overzicht over risico's, acties en verbetermaatregelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - ontwikkelen en actualiseren van privacybeleid, procedures en meerjarenplannen; - coördineren van DPIA's en bewaken van de opvolging; - coördineren van de afhandeling van datalekken, beveiligingsincidenten en rechtenverzoeken; - beheren van privacyregisters, waaronder het verwerkingsregister en datalekregister; - bewaken van verbetermaatregelen uit audits, risicoanalyses, DPIA's, datalekken en incidenten; - adviseren van bestuur, management, leidinggevenden en medewerkers over privacyrisico's en passende maatregelen; - ondersteunen bij het opstellen, controleren en afstemmen van verwerkersovereenkomsten; - meedenken over nieuwe systemen, applicaties, AI-toepassingen, innovaties en nieuwe gegevensverwerkingen; - bijdragen aan privacy by design en privacy by default; - vergroten van privacybewustzijn en stimuleren van een cultuur waarin zorgvuldig omgaan met persoonsgegevens onderdeel is van het dagelijks wer...
