Proces & Business analist Jeugdgezondheidszorg Organisatie: GGD regio Utrecht Reageer voor 7 oktober 2026 Proces & Business analist Jeugdgezondheidszorg 32 uur per week | Zeist Per direct - 1 jaar met zicht op een vaste aanstelling Wat ga je doen? Als proces- en businessanalist Jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ) ondersteun je GGD regio Utrecht (GGDrU) bij het verbeteren van processen, dienstverlening en informatievoorziening binnen de afdeling JGZ. Je vertaalt strategische, tactische en operationele vraagstukken, met behulp van data en financiën, naar concrete verbeteropties voor managementinformatie, werkprocessen en systemen. met jouw actieve kennis van de JGZ-dienstverlening bepaal je vervolgens, welke oplossingen haalbaar, betaalbaar en efficiënt zijn. Je komt tot goed onderbouwde adviezen voor o.a. het management, pakt zelf onderwerpen op, waarvan soms in de rol van projectleider, en zorgt dat theorie en praktijk altijd goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je bent een echte bruggenbouwer en onderhoudt nauw contact met je JGZ-collega's. Je blijft goed aangesloten bij wat er op de werkvloer speelt, creëert draagvlak voor nieuwe initiatieven, leidt verbeterprojecten en stimuleer tegelijk het datagedreven werken. Jij snapt de dienstverlening zodat je in staat bent mee te denken en de juiste vragen te stellen. Daarnaast zoek je, afhankelijk van de opdracht of het onderwerp ook actief de samenwerking op met jouw andere GGD-collega's. Concreet ben jij in deze functie degene die: - Data uit dashboards en rapportages vertaalt naar bruikbare managementinformatie en concrete inzichten. Wanneer de data of dashboards ontbreken neem jij initiatief dat dit tot stand komt; - Bijdraagt aan een effectieve bedrijfsvoering en gezonde financiële sturing. - Business cases en impactanalyses opstelt die richting geven aan strategische en financiële keuzes; - Investeringen en veranderingen onderbouwt met heldere businesscases; - Werkprocessen analyseert en opti...
