The posting

Bij een producent van voedingsingrediënten in Venlo werk je op het snijvlak van ICT en procesautomatisering. Je beheert en verbetert het Manufacturing Execution System (MES) voor de productie van gistextracten en zorgt dat productieapplicaties, procescomputers en interfaces betrouwbaar samenwerken. De rol combineert preventief onderhoud, storingsanalyse en projecten. Daarbij vertaal je vragen vanuit de fabriek naar technische specificaties en houd je rekening met de samenhang tussen batchprocessen, databases en bedrijfssystemen. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met Productie, Supply Chain, Technology, de lokale ICT-coördinator en externe dienstverleners. Je onderzoekt afwijkingen, voert wijzigingen door en bewaakt systeemperformance, toegangsrechten en herstelmogelijkheden. Je technische basis ligt bij SQL, AspenTech-applicaties en koppelingen met onder meer ERP en LIMS. Door beheer en projectwerk te combineren, verdiep je je in productie-ICT, risicoanalyse en de continuïteit van industriële automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Beheer het MES, bewaak de performance en organiseer preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Onderhoud en ontwikkel databaseapplicaties, procescomputers, interfaces en netwerken. - Vertaal gebruikerswensen naar specificaties en realiseer wijzigingen in MES en gekoppelde systemen. - Analyseer storingen met root cause analysis en ondersteun gebruikers bij productie-ICT-vraagstukken. - Coördineer externe dienstverleners volgens SLA-afspraken en bewaak projectvoortgang, budget en KPI’s. - Ondersteun projectrisicoanalyses, business impact analyses en disaster recovery-plannen. - Beheer applicatie- en fileservers functioneel, richt rechten in en voer beveiligingscontroles uit. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo-bachelor in IT, technische informatica of industriële automatisering en minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring. - Je hebt gewerkt met SQL en AspenTech IP.21, Batch.21 en SQL+, en programmeert met bijvoorbeeld C#, .NET of Pascal. - Je kent SAP of.
