Uitzendbureau Manpower zoekt een operator mixer preparation voor Fresenius Kabi in Emmer-Compascuum.

Als operator mixer preparation ga jij je bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden:

- Ophalen en controleren van grondstoffen voor de juiste mixorder

- Starten van het productieproces via PCS- en HMI-systemen

- Mengen van grondstoffen en verwerken van het eindproduct in big bags

- Controleren en verwijderen van verpakkingsmaterialen

- Bedienen en onderhouden van lijnaggregaten, zoals de homogenisator, UHT- en CIP-installatie

- Ombouwen van installaties naar SIP- en droogprocessen

- Uitvoeren en registreren van in-process controles (IPC)

- Bijhouden van productie- en kwaliteitsdocumentatie

- Schoonhouden van de productieruimte en installaties

- Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften

- Brutosalaris van € 3.000,- tot € 4.000,- per maand

- Kennis van levensmiddelenhygiëne, GMP, levensmiddelenwetgeving, halal en allergenen

- Bereidheid om in een 3 ploegendienst te werken
