Forces.nl O ver de functie: Als Proces Operator bij Synthomer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces van de diverse harsen die we op locatie in Middelburg fabriceren. In een vijfploegendienst verricht je bedienings- en controle werkzaamheden en zorg je voor een optimaal productieproces van onze harsstromen. Hier controleer je zowel vanuit de fabriek als vanaf het panel de voortgang, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je voor een veilige in- en uit bedrijf name bij productiewissels. Aangezien jij er voor zorgt dat onze op maat gefabriceerde producten op tijd en volgens onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden gefabriceerd worden, heb je een grote rol in het waarborgen van de Synthomer kwaliteit. Je zult dus ook veel op pad zijn om monsters te nemen ten behoeve van kwaliteitsanalyses. Verder krijg je alle ruimte om waar nodig processen te verbeteren of anders in te richten. Jij bent tenslotte degene die het best weet hoe we de producten zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen fabriceren. Een belangrijke baan en een mooi begin van je carrière bij Synthomer!
