Bij een raffinaderij in Vondelingenplaat werk je aan de besturing en beveiliging van sterk geïntegreerde procesinstallaties. Als procesautomatisering engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid van de control- en safeguarding-systemen binnen een productie-unit. Je overziet de keten van meetinstrumenten en regelkleppen in het veld tot de koppelingen met het kantoornetwerk voor data-analyse. Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en toekomstbestendig systeembeheer staan daarbij centraal. In de dagelijkse praktijk ben je het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor operators bij storingen en systeemvragen. Je analyseert problemen, begeleidt modificaties en test nieuwe functionaliteit voordat deze in bedrijf gaat. Daarbij werk je samen met ervaren automatiseringscollega’s, projectteams en systeemleveranciers. Je verdiept je verder in DCS-techniek, safeguarding en cybersecurity en vertaalt die kennis naar concrete verbeteringen. Vanuit deze rol kun je doorgroeien naar procescontrol of engineering. Functie-inhoud - Borg de veilige werking en maximale beschikbaarheid van DCS- en safeguarding-systemen. - Analyseer storingen en ondersteun operators bij technische problemen en systeemvragen. - Voer dagelijks systeembeheer, hardware- en softwaremodificaties en cybersecuritywerkzaamheden uit. - Begeleid systeemleveranciers en houd toezicht op hun werkzaamheden. - Beoordeel de impact van fabriekswijzigingen en begeleid implementatie, testen en inbedrijfstelling. - Neem deel aan incidentonderzoek en vertaal bevindingen naar technische verbeteringen. - Ontwikkel langetermijnplannen voor systeemvernieuwing en onderbouw deze richting de fabrieksleiding. Functie-eisen - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring en/of een opleiding in procesautomatisering, bijvoorbeeld hbo Elektrotechniek of Control Systems Engineering. - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met minimaal één DCS-platform van Honeywell, Schneider, Emerson of Yokogawa. - Ervaring met Honeywell TDC3000 en Experion heeft de voorkeur. -.
