Direct in dienst bij Plieger in Zaltbommel, leidinggeven aan een logistiek team én volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Procesbegeleider Logistiek bij Plieger ben jij de schakel tussen de dagelijkse operatie en het logistieke team. Je stuurt ongeveer 15 tot 20 logistiek medewerkers aan, bewaakt de voortgang van processen en zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, ondersteunt waar nodig en houdt altijd het overzicht. Het betreft een vaste functie waarbij je direct in dienst treedt bij Plieger.

Je werkzaamheden

- Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van 15 tot 20 logistiek medewerkers - Actief meewerken in de dagelijkse logistieke processen - Bewaken van kwaliteit, productiviteit en voortgang - Signaleren van knelpunten en direct schakelen op de werkvloer - Flexibel inzetten van medewerkers over verschillende afdelingen - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids-, arbo- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen - Afstemmen met leidinggevenden en andere afdelingen binnen het distributiecentrum
