Als Procesbeheerder HR & Payroll AFAS verbind je processen, praktijk en AFAS. Je vertaalt wensen naar praktische oplossingen en krijgt volop ruimte voor jouw expertise, ideeën en eigen inbreng. Wat ga je doen Binnen HR Services ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verbeteren van HR- en Payrollprocessen en voor de functionele inrichting die nodig is om deze processen binnen AFAS te ondersteunen. Je werkt daarbij samen met Personeelsadministratie, Salarisadministratie, HR-adviseurs en IT. Procesbeheer is verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke werking en functionele inrichting van de HR- en Payrollprocessen. IT is verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van AFAS, de koppelingen met andere systemen en de technische implementatie van wijzigingen in de productieomgeving. Procesbeheer en IT werken hierbij nauw samen, ieder vanuit de eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Als Procesbeheerder ga je aan de slag met: - Analyseren en optimaliseren van HR- en Payrollprocessen binnen AFAS en signaleren van knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden. - Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving, cao-afspraken, organisatiebeleid en wensen vanuit de organisatie naar praktische oplossingen en een passende functionele inrichting van AFAS. - Functioneel uitwerken en zorgvuldig testen van wijzigingen in de testomgeving. Je controleert of processen, workflows en de functionele inrichting correct werken en verwerkt eventuele aanpassingen. - Vastleggen van goedgekeurde wijzigingen in een concreet wijzigingsverzoek (RFC) voor IT. Na succesvolle functionele acceptatie draag je de wijziging over aan IT. IT zorgt vervolgens voor de technische implementatie en het live zetten van de wijziging in de productieomgeving. - Bewaken va...
