Ter versterking van ons domein Ruimtelijke ordening zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Procesmanager Omgevingsplan. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - De totstandkoming van een gebiedsdekkend omgevingsplan coördineert en het proces richting 2032 aanstuurt - Op tactisch en operationeel niveau inhoud, proces, planning en techniek op elkaar afstemt - Overzicht houdt over wijzigingsbesluiten en de samenhang daartussen - Samenwerking organiseert tussen onder anderen juristen, planologen, geo- en milieuspecialisten - Vroegtijdig signaleert waar keuzes of afstemming nodig zijn - Een lerende aanpak stimuleert, waarin ruimte is om te experimenteren en bij te sturen Je verbindt mensen, processen en inhoud en draagt zo bij aan een samenhangend en werkbaar omgevingsplan. Welke talenten heb jij? Spreekt de rol van Procesmanager Omgevingsplan je aan en herken je je in het onderstaande profiel? - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de afgelopen 7 jaar als procesmanager of regievoerder - Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als procesmanager, regievoerder of beleidsmedewerker/-adviseur binnen het ruimtelijke domein - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met producten zoals het omgevingsplan en met regievoering - Je beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van het omgevingsrecht, met specifieke focus op de Omgevingswet, programma's en het omgevingsplan - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van strategische projecten met grote impact - Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau - Je bent sterk in samenwerken, organiseren en delegeren en werkt resultaatgericht - Je bent bestuurlijk sensitief, adviserend en overtuigend in woord en schrift - Je bent creatief, duidelijk en weet mensen en belangen met elkaar te verbinden Hoe belonen wij jouw talent?
