SRQ168890 Je gaat aan de slag als procesmodelleur / procesanalist binnen een complexe organisatieomgeving waarin procesbeheersing, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. In deze opdracht analyseer, beschrijf en modelleer je processen in ARIS volgens geldende BPMN-, ARIS- en interne conventies. Je zorgt voor actuele en gevalideerde procesbeschrijvingen die bijdragen aan besturing, compliance, audits, procesverbetering en spoorwegveiligheid. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met stakeholders uit verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en help je structuur aan te brengen in een dynamische omgeving. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je veel schakelt met experts, business analisten, procesmodelleurs en specialisten uit een Centre of Excellence. Er zijn geen vaste kantoordagen, maar samenwerking op locatie vindt met regelmaat plaats. Je krijgt in deze rol de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd impact te maken op organisatiebrede processen. Wat ga je doen - Je ondersteunt bij procesinventarisaties en interviews. - Je werkt procesflows uit in BPMN. - Je legt processen vast in ARIS en actualiseert deze waar nodig. - Je verwerkt reviewcommentaar in procesbeschrijvingen en modellen. - Je bereidt workshops en werksessies voor. - Je stelt voortgangs- en actielijsten op. - Je zorgt dat procesmodellen aansluiten op het hoofdprocesmodel en bruikbaar zijn voor besturing, compliance, audits en procesverbetering. Over jou - Je werkt zelfstandig en bent in staat om snel structuur aan te brengen. - Je bent samenwerkingsgericht en resultaatgericht. - Je beschikt over sterke analytische, advies- en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je voelt je prettig in een complexe organisatie met veel stakeholders. - Je schakelt makkelijk met verschillende disciplines en weet belangen goed te verbinden. Eisen - Je beschikt over hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met procesanalyse en procesmodellering. - Je hebt ervaring met ARIS. - Je beschikt over ervaring.
