Voor een internationale organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Procesoperator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en wil werken in een professionele productieomgeving.In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, stabiel en efficiënt verloopt. Je houdt de verschillende processtappen nauwlettend in de gaten, controleert de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen signaleert. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en logistiek.Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden op te doen binnen een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen en een prettige werksfeer.

Functieomschrijving: Wat ga je doen als Procesoperator?Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen op de juiste manier worden verwerkt en dat het eindproduct aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoet.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Bedienen en controleren van productie-installaties en machines. • Voorbereiden, doseren en mengen van grondstoffen volgens vastgestelde recepturen. • Bewaken van procesparameters en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. • Uitvoeren van controles en nemen van monsters tijdens het productieproces. • Controleren van de kwaliteit van grondstoffen en eindproducten. • Registreren van productie- en procesgegevens. • Signaleren van afwijkingen en hier adequaat op reageren. • Oplossen van kleine proces- en technische verstoringen. • Afvoeren en verwerken van gereed product. • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels. • Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces continu te verbeteren.
