Als Procesoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je houdt de installaties en productielijnen draaiende, bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt zelfstandig waar het kan en samen met je collega’s waar het moet.

Je komt terecht in een technische productieomgeving waar vakmanschap, veiligheid en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde: je houdt het proces in de gaten, lost storingen op en denkt actief mee over hoe het slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter kan.

Wat ga je doen?- Instellen, bedienen en bijsturen van productie-installaties en productielijnen; - Het volledige productieproces bewaken: van grondstof tot eindproduct; - Afwijkingen signaleren, analyseren en direct oplossen; - Eerstelijnsstoringen verhelpen op mechanisch gebied en waar mogelijk elektrotechnisch; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en productiegegevens nauwkeurig registreren; - Productwissels en het ombouwen van installaties coördineren; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen, efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid; - Klein onderhoud uitvoeren en de Technische Dienst ondersteunen bij technische werkzaamheden; - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en goed georganiseerde werkplek.

Wat vragen we?- Mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau; - Een afgeronde technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld VAPRO A/B, procestechniek of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring als operator of procesoperator binnen een productieomgeving; - Een goed technisch en mechanisch inzicht; - Basiskennis van elektrotechniek; - Een scherpe blik voor afwijkingen en kwaliteit; - Een proactieve instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; - De drive om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen.
