Voor een bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in het maken van desserts, zoeken wij een procesoperator in 2 ploegen.

Functieomschrijving: Wil jij een sleutelrol vervullen in de opstart en het beheer van de voedselproductie in een 2-ploegendienst – mét aantrekkelijke ploegenpremies?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige menging, sterilisatie en voorbereiding van grondstoffen. Je begeleidt het volledige productieproces – van opstart tot reiniging – met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.

Deze functie vraagt om hygiënisch en alert handelen tijdens de vroege en late shift. Je voert de UHT-behandeling, koeling en steriele opslag van het product uit en vult alle noodzakelijke productieformulieren correct in. Via interne opleidingen ontwikkel je je tot specialist in procesparameters en kwaliteitscontroles. Het is een zelfstandige, cruciale rol binnen een hightech productieomgeving in de voedingsindustrie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Nauwkeurigheid & hygiëne: je kunt zeer nauwkeurig en hygiënisch werken, essentieel in de voedingssector
  • Alertheid: je bent alert op afwijkingen en kunt adequaat handelen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden in de procesparameters
  • Leervermogen: je staat open om de verschillende grondstoffen en procesparameters te leren kennen (via interne opleidingen)
  • Werktijden: je bent bereid om structureel te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroege en late) in Beringen
  • Werken in 2 ploegen ( vroege + late) is geen probleem voor je.
  • Reeds een eerste ervaring achter de rug in soortgelijke omgeving.
