FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij technisch inzicht en wil je graag werken met computergestuurde productielijnen?

  • Je zorgt voor de toevoer van grondstoffen, garnituren en het nodige materiaal.
  • Je maakt premixen aan en mengt ingrediënten volgens de voorgeschreven recepturen.
  • Je bouwt de installatie fysiek om en stelt de verschillende parameters correct in.
  • Je start het productieproces op en volgt het volledige ovenproces nauwgezet op.
  • Je stuurt de parameters bij waar nodig om een optimale productkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je grijpt in bij technische storingen en overlegt met de ploegleiding, technische dienst en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Je voert visuele controles uit en vult de nodige controlelijsten in.
  • Je zorgt voor orde en netheid, reinigt de installaties en voert gebruikt materiaal af.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht en rapporteert aan de meestergast.
  • Je respecteert steeds de geldende voorschriften rond hygiëne, kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid.

PROFIEL

Je bent technisch aangelegd, werkt graag met computergestuurde machines en houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een productieproces.

  • Ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving is sterk aangewezen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en feeling met machines.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met computergestuurde systemen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel en efficiënt handelen bij problemen.
  • Je beschikt over goede coördinatievaardigheden.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en werkt graag in team.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Motivatie, inzet en leergierigheid zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
