The posting

Als procesoperator zorg je dat productielijnen veilig en efficiënt draaien, volgens vaste kwaliteitsnormen. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt procesparameters en voert tussentijdse controles uit. Daarnaast boek je gebruikte grondstoffen en producten administratief af en bereid je productieruns voor met ombouwwerkzaamheden. Je lost storingen op, voert eenvoudige onderhoudstaken uit en schakelt bij grotere problemen de technische dienst of ploegleider in. Je werkt met PLC- en SCADA-systemen om recepten en instellingen te laden en bewaakt visuele controles en monsters volgens interne kwaliteitsprocedures. De functie vereist een hands-on mentaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken. Aanbod: detavast-contract met uitzicht op vast en een marktconform salaris. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt productiemachines in en stuurt bij om een stabiele productie en constante kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je bedient en bewaakt procesparameters, voert tussentijdse productcontroles uit en neemt monsters voor analyse. - Je voert ombouwwerkzaamheden en kleine mechanische aanpassingen uit ter voorbereiding van volgende productieruns. - Je boekt verbruikte grondstoffen en producten administratief in het systeem en verwerkt productiegegevens nauwkeurig.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een productieomgeving en kunt zelfstandig storingen eerste lijn verhelpen. - Een relevante afgeronde mbo-opleiding (bijv. VAPRO A/B) is een pre, praktisch inzicht is belangrijker dan papieren. - Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands en communiceert duidelijk met collega's binnen de ploeg. - Je bent bereid te werken in een 5-ploegensysteem, met een hands-on, proactieve en teamgerichte houding.
