IntroductieIn deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces van verschillende harsen. Je bewaakt processen vanuit de controlekamer en werkt ook regelmatig op de werkvloer. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en een soepel productieproces staan daarbij centraal. Je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst van gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week. OrganisatieDeze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in chemische processen waar allerlei grondstoffen worden gemaakt. Functiebeschrijving - Bewaken en besturen van productieprocessen vanuit de controlekamer en op locatie. - Uitvoeren van bedienings-, controle- en inspectiewerkzaamheden. - Nemen van monsters en controleren van product- en proceskwaliteit. - Bijsturen van processen voor een optimaal productieresultaat. - Verzorgen van veilige opstart-, stop- en wisselprocedures. - Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en controles. - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en meedenken over procesoptimalisatie. - Werken volgens geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Een afgeronde VAPRO B of MBO AOT opleiding. - Ervaring in de procesindustrie is een pré. - In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat en VCA, of bereid deze te behalen. - Technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen. - Een proactieve en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Stressbestendigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Bereidheid om jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen.
