De functie vereist inzetbaarheid in 3-ploegen en biedt een salaris tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand, passend bij ervaring en functie-invulling. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van de procesinstallaties - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van productgegevens om productieparameters te waarborgen - Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van klein onderhoud om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen - Werken volgens veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften en bijdragen aan veilige werkpraktijken - Duidelijke overdrachten geven en rapporteren aan de ploegcoördinator om overdrachtsverlies te voorkomen - Bedienen van reactorvaten, menginstallaties, pompen, compressoren en transportbanden en deze bewaken via PLC/DCS/SCADA besturingen - Instellen van procesparameters en receptinstellingen in het besturingssysteem en uitvoeren van eerste-lijns storingsanalyse, met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig - Monsters nemen en visuele en meetcontroles uitvoeren op temperatuur, druk en viscositeit, werken volgens interne kwaliteitsregels en ATEX-voorschriften - Eerste-lij.

- MBO-werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting zoals Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de procesindustrie - Kennis van procesbeheersing en technische tekeningen of schema's - Bereidheid en beschikbaarheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken - Praktische handvaardigheid en ervaring met klein technisch onderhoud - Goede Nederlandse taalvaardigheid in woord en geschrift
