Als procesoperator zorg je ervoor dat grondstoffen stap voor stap worden verwerkt tot een eindproduct waar dagelijks miljoenen mensen van genieten. Je werkt zelfstandig, krijgt mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en bent een belangrijk onderdeel van een hecht team. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale producent binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie met een sterke positie op de Europese markt. Op de vestiging in Roosendaal werken circa 140 collega's dagelijks samen aan een betrouwbaar en kwalitatief productieproces. De werksfeer is praktisch, open en collegiaal. Samenwerken en continu verbeteren krijgen daarbij veel aandacht. De organisatie biedt volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien, terwijl de locatie overzichtelijk genoeg blijft om persoonlijk betrokken te zijn. Vakmanschap, betrouwbaarheid en werkplezier spelen hierin een belangrijke rol. Wat ga je doen? Binnen de gietafdeling ben jij als procesoperator verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk onderdeel van het productieproces. Je werkt zowel met geautomatiseerde installaties als met processtappen die handmatig worden uitgevoerd. Jij bewaakt dat grondstoffen correct worden verwerkt, gemengd en gekookt en vervolgens op de juiste manier doorgaan naar de volgende fase van het productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - het instellen, bedienen en controleren van gietmachines en andere productie installaties; - het bewaken van het volledige proces, vanaf het storten van de grondstoffen tot het moment waarop het product wordt gegoten; - het herkennen van afwijkingen in kwaliteit, machine-instellingen of de voortgang van het proces; - het aanpassen van het proces wanneer dat nodig is om de productie goe...
