In de fabriek werken we met extrusietechnologie. De cultuur is nuchter en informeel, met korte communicatielijnen en een focus op langdurige samenwerking. Functieomschrijving Als Procesoperator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het efficiënt en storingsvrij laten draaien van onze complexe extrusielijnen. Je bewaakt het volledige proces en zorgt ervoor dat elk eindproduct aan de strengste kwaliteitsnormen voldoet. Jouw gevarieerde takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit: - Voorbereiden, ombouwen, instellen en fijnafstellen van de extrusie-installaties voor diverse productieruns. - Monitoren en bijsturen van de procesparameters om de kwaliteit van de vloeibare kunststofmassa te waarborgen. - Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige visuele en maattechnische productcontroles met behulp van professionele meetinstrumenten. - Analytisch opsporen van technische haperingen en het zelfstandig verhelpen van eerstelijns storingen. - Meedenken over en aandragen van procesverbeteringen om de veiligheid, efficiëntie en output te verhogen. - Registreren van productielogboeken en kwaliteitsgegevens, gecombineerd met het strak onderhouden van een schone en veilige werkomgeving.
