The posting

Als procesoperator in de 5-ploegendienst ben jij degene die het productieproces draaiende houdt. Je werkt met moderne installaties, bewaakt continu proceswaarden en grijpt direct in wanneer iets afwijkt. Dagelijks stuur je je productielijn bij voor het beste rendement en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je werkt in een technisch team van ongeveer 60 collega’s, waar automatisering en TPM onderdeel zijn van dagelijkse verbeteringen. Storingen verhelp je zelfstandig en je voert kleinere onderhoudstaken uit. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over optimalisaties en om deel te nemen aan verbeterteams. Als je graag praktisch bezig bent, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en wilt groeien in een dynamische productieomgeving, dan voel je je hier snel thuis. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt moderne installaties in, houdt proceswaarden nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen. - Als eigenaar van jouw productielijn stuur je het proces bij voor maximaal rendement en waarborg je de productkwaliteit. - Je verhelpt storingen en voert zelfstandig kleine onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit om stilstand te beperken. - Je werkt mee in verbeterteams, doet optimalisatievoorstellen en ondersteunt TPM- en automatiseringsinitiatieven op de werkvloer.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau (niveau 2) en brengt goed technisch inzicht mee in productieprocessen en installaties. - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent flexibel inzetbaar in een 5-ploegensysteem met wisselende werktijden. - Je bent leergierig en ambitieus, denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en zet voorstellen om in concrete acties. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles nauwkeurig uit, communiceert duidelijk binnen het team en volgt veiligheid- en productierichtlijnen.
