Voor een productiebedrijf in Farmsum zoeken we een operator die de installaties en productielijnen goed in de gaten houdt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een veilig verloop van het productieproces. Tijdens je dienst bewaak je het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende installaties en productielijnen blijven draaien. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en houdt rekening met de geldende veiligheidsregels. Je werkt in een klein team met vijf operators en een wachtchef. Zelfstandig werken is belangrijk, maar bij vragen of bijzonderheden kun je ook bij je collega's terecht. Voordat je volledig meedraait, krijg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarin je de functie en de installaties goed leert kennen. Het vijfploegenrooster bestaat uit: •Twee ochtenddiensten; •Twee middagdiensten; •Twee nachtdiensten; •Daarna vier dagen vrij. Gemiddeld werk je 33,6 uur per week. Wat we je bieden •Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.793,16 tot €4.237,08 inclusief toeslagen; •Een opdracht voor onbepaalde tijd; •Mogelijkheid tot een vast contract; •8,33% vakantiegeld; •Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag; •Een passende reiskostenvergoeding; •Een uitgebreid inwerktraject; •Parkeergelegenheid op locatie; •Mogelijkheden om trainingen en cursussen te volgen.
