The posting

Als procesoperator in vijfploegendienst werk je bij een producent in Emmen die zich richt op het recyclen en nabewerken van polyester (PET). Je voert controlerondes uit, monitort procesparameters en grijpt bij om de productie continu en veilig te laten draaien. De functie vraagt om praktische aanpak en technisch inzicht: je demonteert en reinigt installaties, vult grondstoffen aan en lost storingen op in samenwerking met de technische dienst. Je komt terecht in een overzichtelijke productieomgeving met een betrokken team en duidelijke procedures. De rol is geschikt voor een MBO-opgeleide kandidaat met affiniteit voor chemie en procesindustrie die bereid is in ploegendienst te werken en zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak. Functie-inhoud - Monitoren van het volledige productieproces in vijfploegendienst en bijsturen waar nodig om kwaliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen. - Uitvoeren van controlerondes, demonteren en schoonmaken van installaties volgens geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en interne procedures. - Controleren en aanvullen van grondstoffen, aftappen van gereed product en nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens. - Signaleren en verhelpen van storingen; samenwerken met technische dienst en externe partijen bij complexere problemen.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring in een procesomgeving. - Enkele jaren ervaring als procesoperator is een pré; bekend met productieprocessen, monitoren en storingsanalyse. - Bereidheid om in een vijfploegendienst te werken en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn bij vakantie- of ziektevervanging. - Praktische instelling met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit; je voert onderhoud, schoonmaak en controlewerkzaamheden nauwgezet uit.
