Samen met je team stuur je de productieprocessen aan, bedien je de machines en houd je het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Als er bijsturing nodig is, ben jij degene die actie onderneemt. Jouw doel is een perfect verloop van het proces en een eindproduct van de hoogste kwaliteit. Of je nu verantwoordelijk bent voor de bereiding, pre-mix of de operatorroom, er is altijd ruimte voor jouw eigen inbreng in een prettige en open werksfeer. Je werkzaamheden zien er zo uit: - voorbereiden van het proces, zoals instellen van machines en zorgen voor de juiste ingrediënten - bedienen en controleren van het proces - controleren van het eindproduct op kwaliteitseisen - oplossen van simpele storingen of zorgen voor juiste acties - signaleren en doorgeven van verbetermogelijkheden Wat wij vragen Zie jij jezelf al werken?
