Deze organisatie is actief in de vervaardiging van farmaceutische producten en richt zich op de productie en verpakking van medicatie in tabletvorm. De werkzaamheden omvatten het vullen van blisters, het sluiten van blisters en het verpakken van blisters in doosjes inclusief de bijbehorende bijsluiters. De productieomgeving is gericht op nauwkeurige verpakkingsprocessen en het handhaven van kwaliteit tijdens elke stap van het proces. In Meppel werken operators aan productielijnen die continu worden bewaakt om te zorgen dat afwijkende producten uit het proces worden verwijderd en dat de eindproducten aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Deze organisatie besteedt aandacht aan veilige en nette werkomstandigheden en verwacht dat medewerkers volgens werk- en veiligheidsinstructies werken en afwijkingen rapporteren. De rol van de operator is praktijkgericht en gericht op het bedienen en instellen van lijnen, het oplossen van kleine storingen en het signaleren van grotere technische problemen aan de onderhoudsafdeling.
