De werkzaamheden bestaan uit brouwen, vergisten, lageren, dryhoppen en verdere verwerking waarbij medewerkers schakelen tussen automatische besturing en handmatige handelingen bij de tanks. Procesdata wordt vastgelegd in registratiesystemen en operators leveren input voor het opstarten van nieuwe procesinstallaties. Medewerkers nemen deel aan verbeterteams zoals HACCP en TPM en dragen bij aan het optimaliseren van processen, kwaliteit en downtime reductie.
