- Maastricht - 40 uur - € 3.183,- per maand Wil jij jezelf ontwikkelen tot procesoperator in de chemische industrie en leren werken met moderne productie-installaties? Ben jij technisch ingesteld, leergierig en betrouwbaar? Dan is dit een mooie kans om het operatorvak in de praktijk te leren én jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als Procesoperator in opleiding word je stap voor stap ingewerkt en opgeleid tot zelfstandig operator. Je leert verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces kennen, werkt met moderne installaties en krijgt de begeleiding die nodig is om uiteindelijk zelfstandig verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het proces. Je werkt in een professionele productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? - Onder begeleiding leren bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productie-installaties; - Bewaken van het productieproces en leren bijsturen bij afwijkingen; - Nemen van monsters en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en metingen; - Invullen en bijhouden van datasheets, logboeken en andere productiegegevens; - Signaleren en leren oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften; - Je stap voor stap ontwikkelen richting het zelfstandig uitvoeren van het volledige operatorproces. Wat neem je mee? - Bij voorkeur een VAPRO A-diploma, een lopende VAPRO-opleiding of de bereidheid om deze opleiding te volgen; - Technische interesse en motivatie om het operatorvak in de praktijk te leren; - Bereidheid om in een vijfploegenrooster te werken; - Een stabiel arbeidsverleden en een betrouwbare werkhouding; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en veiligheidsbewust; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pré; - Een VCA-certificaat en heftruckcertificaat zijn mooi meegenomen.
