Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op het produceren van kroketten als eindproduct in een food-grade productieomgeving. De productie vindt plaats volgens strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en medewerkers werken met aandacht voor schoonmaak en voedselveiligheid. Het bedrijf opereert in de omgeving van Tilburg en zoekt kandidaten die kunnen werken in een 3-ploegenrooster om continuïteit in de productie te waarborgen. Op de locatie in Tilburg worden productielijnen opgezet, bediend en omgebouwd en medewerkers voeren kwaliteitscontroles uit en nemen monsters of visuele controles waar nodig. De rol vraagt een praktische hands-on instelling, fysieke inzet en het vermogen om volgens vaste procedures en werkinstructies te werken. Medewerkers lossen kleine storingen zelfstandig op (1 e lijns) en voeren in beperkte mate preventief onderhoud uit. De werkplek heeft een hygiënisch karakter en er wordt streng gelet op orde en netheid. Voor nieuwe medewerkers is er een introductie- en inwerktraject gericht op veilig en juist werken met de apparatuur en het naleven van schoonmaak- en voedselveiligheidsregels. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling binnen de productieomgeving en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productieteams.
