Procesoperator | 5 ploegen | Lange termijn - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €4800 en €6100 per maand Wil jij werken als procesoperator in een complexe chemische productieomgeving in Delfzijl? In deze functie bewaak je het productieproces, los je storingen op en zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de fabriek veilig en efficiënt blijft draaien. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en krijgt uitgebreid de tijd om de fabriek en alle processen te leren kennen. Hiervoor volg je tijdens werktijd een intern opleidingsprogramma. 1 Dit ga je doen Als procesoperator controleer en beheers je het productieproces in een chemische fabriek. Daarbij let je continu op veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en productie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en bijsturen van het productieproces; - Zelfstandig oplossen van processtoringen; - Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en procescontroles; - Bewaken van trends en analyseren van producten; - Uitvoeren van logistieke werkzaamheden rondom grondstoffen, hulpstoffen en eindproducten; - Rapporteren over storingen, projecten en de overdracht naar de volgende ploeg; - Meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit en efficiency. De fabriek en processen zijn complex. Daarom hoef je niet vanaf je eerste werkdag alles te kennen. Je krijgt een intern opleidingsprogramma tijdens werktijd en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's, praktijkinstructeurs en je leidinggevende. 2 Dit krijg je Voor het werken in de 5-ploegendienst krijg je een uitgebreid arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket: - Een salaris dat als allround operator kan oplopen tot €6100,- bruto per maand inclusief 32,6% ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring; - Een vast fulltime dienstverband van 32-40 uur per week; - Mogelijkheid om in deeltijd te werken; - Bijna 30 dagen vakantie per jaar; - Een gunstige pensioenregeling met een lage eigen bijdrage; - Een winstdelingsregeling die kan oplopen tot 10...
