Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van moderne machines en installaties. Je bewaakt het proces, grijpt in bij afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct altijd gewaarborgd blijft. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een efficiënte productie en werk je continu aan verbetering van processen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Verder zijn jouw werkzaamheden: - Bedienen en controleren van productie-installaties volgens vastgestelde procedures - Signaleren en verhelpen van storingen in het proces - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op halffabricaten en eindproducten - Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en optimalisatie - Naleven van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften Wat wij vragen Als procesoperator ben jij pro-actief en kan je goed zelfstandig werken. Daarnaast neem je mee: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar - Ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving is een pré - Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor kwaliteit - Teamspeler met een flexibele werkhouding Wat wij bieden Uiteraard mag je hier iets voor terug verwachten!
