Dit productiebedrijf werkt met gestandaardiseerde productieprocessen waarbij veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. De organisatie opereert vanuit Alkmaar en werkt in een ploegensysteem van 5 ploegen om continuïteit te waarborgen. De productieomgeving in Alkmaar vraagt om operators die zorgvuldig en verantwoordelijk te werk gaan. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit het bedienen en monitoren van productieprocessen, het signaleren van afwijkingen en het uitvoeren van basiscontroles volgens vastgestelde werkinstructies. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan veilige werkwijzen en aan het naleven van interne procedures. Medewerkers krijgen een introductie en begeleiding in de eerste periode zodat zij snel vertrouwd raken met de processen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. De locatie werkt fulltime volgens een 5 ploegen rooster en zoekt mensen die beschikbaar zijn voor vaste ploegendiensten. De werkcultuur is gericht op samenwerking, stabiliteit en het continu verbeteren van processen door het melden van verbeterideeën en het meewerken aan kleine optimalisaties.

Functie-eisen: - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare ervaring - Ervaring met of bereidheid tot werken in een 5 ploegen dienst - Technische basisvaardigheden voor het bedienen en bewaken van apparatuur - Veiligheidsbewustzijn en het vermogen om werkinstructies te volgen
