De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in het transformeren van kunststoffen tot hoogwaardige, flexibele folies en klantspecifiek bedrukte toepassingen. Functieomschrijving: In de functie van Procesoperator houd jij je bezig met de fabricage van diverse folieproducten, waarbij hergebruik van grondstoffen een voorname rol speelt. Je combineert technische expertise met nauwkeurigheid om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Je taken bestaan onder meer uit: • Doseren en verwerken van kunststofgranulaat op basis van klantspecifieke recepturen. • Vormgeven van gesmolten kunststof tot folie via geavanceerde blaastechnieken. • Zorgdragen voor het netjes invouwen, wikkelen en verwerken van de folierollen. • Afstellen van parameters zoals wanddikte, kleurstelling en bedrukking volgens de orderspecificaties. • Bedienen en afstellen van de extrusie- en drukapparatuur alsmede de afwerklijnen. • Verwerken van intern restmateriaal voor recycling om de ecologische footprint te verkleinen. • Signaleren, voorkomen en verhelpen van technische belemmeringen en processtoringen.
