Dit bedrijf is actief in de levensmiddelenbranche en heeft een productielocatie gericht op verpakking en verwerking van eindproducten. De organisatie produceert en verpakt eindproducten en zet sterk in op strikte hygiëne- en kwaliteitseisen die tijdens het gehele proces worden bewaakt. In Drachten wordt gewerkt op meerdere verpakkingslijnen waarbij medewerkers rouleren en op meerdere werkplekken worden opgeleid om flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. De productieomgeving werkt met een 3-ploegendienst, een werkweek van 36 uur en een nachtdiensttoeslag van 38/39 %. Medewerkers voeren zowel operatortaken als inpak- en bakvultaken uit en zijn verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van het product, de verpakkingsmaterialen en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Daarnaast leveren medewerkers een actieve bijdrage aan de handhaving en verbetering van hygiëne-, milieu- en arbozorg en zorgen zij voor correcte registratie conform procedure. Het bedrijf hanteert de CAO Zoetwaren en biedt een halfjaar detacheringsperiode via een detacheringsbureau met de intentie op een vast dienstverband.
