Dit productiebedrijf zoekt een Procesoperator voor werkzaamheden in een productieomgeving in Emmeloord. De Procesoperator werkt in 3 ploegen en is verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van het productieproces en het uitvoeren van eerste lijns onderhoud. De organisatie werkt met geautomatiseerde installaties en hanteert vaste werkprocedures om veiligheid en kwaliteit te waarborgen. De Procesoperator voert dagelijkse controles en registraties uit en signaleert afwijkingen die invloed hebben op de productkwaliteit of continuïteit van de productie. Er is aandacht voor toolboxoverleggen, het naleven van instructies en het rapporteren van incidenten. Een gestructureerde inwerkperiode zorgt dat de nieuwe medewerker snel bekend is met de processen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. De functie vraagt een praktische instelling, nauwkeurigheid en bereidheid tot ploegendienst in Emmeloord. Medewerkers werken samen in teams en houden toezicht op basiscontroles en eenvoudige technische handelingen. De omgeving is gericht op veilig en betrouwbaar produceren met duidelijke instructies voor werkinspecties en onderhoud.
